  Six months of hard work have come to fruition for five Crisis Skylight members, as an exhibition of their artwork at Central St Martins College of Art and Design has opened.

• Crisis voices concern at ‘rocketing’ rough sleeping figures
   

  Inside Housing has reported today that rough sleeping figures have 'rocketed' following a snap survey of local authorities.

• Crisis Skylight Merseyside visits Wonderland
   

  Women from Crisis Skylight Merseyside's Visual Arts outreach course recently enjoyed a visit to the Alice in Wonderland exhibition at Tate Liverpool.

• The Homeless Oratorio performs at local mental health and creativity event
   

  The Homeless Oratorio - a musical group of Crisis Skylight members, run by arts and music education charity Squeaky Gate - has taken part in an event aimed at encouraging creativity for better mental health.

  Top international artists Antony Gormley, Gillian Wearing, Jonathan Yeo, and Nika Neelova gathered at Somerset House to highlight homelessness and raise awareness about the Crisis Commission exhibition.

  Registration has opened for Crisis Mission: A Journey to the Midlands (and back again) - a high-tech quest from London to Tolkien's homeland in the Midlands.

• New exhibition at Crisis Bermondsey Project Space
   

  Visual artist and sculptor Hugo Dalton is exhibiting at Crisis' Bermondsey Project Space until 19 February.
  

• No One Turned Away petition: Help us reach 10,000 signatures
   

  The Crisis petition, calling on the government to ensure no one is forced to sleep on the streets in 21st century Britain, has received more than 8,000 signatures but will be closing soon.

• Welfare Reform Bill reaches critical stages
   

  As the Welfare Reform Bill reaches its final stages in the House of Lords, Crisis has been warning that some of the proposed changes to the benefits system will have serious consequences for homeless people and risk increasing homelessness.
  

• No One Turned Away - progress but we still need your help
   

  Crisis has welcomed housing minister Grant Shapps' announcement of a 20m fund 'to ensure that no one is turned away when they are most in need'.
