Corporate Partnership Executive - Account Handler - Permanent - London
The award-winning Crisis Corporate Partnership team has built an industry reputation for its creative approach to both marketing and partnership development. The aim of this role is to increase corporate funding by attracting and growing our number of corporate partnerships and to increase levels of corporate funding through the account handling of new and current supporters.This position will also be responsible for the development and successful delivery of the corporate fundraising for the charity's regional expansion.

Head of HR and Volunteering - Permanent - London
Crisis is the national charity for single homeless people dedicated to ending homelessness by delivering life-changing services and campaigning for change.We are currently recruiting for a Head of HR and Volunteering to lead the People Services function.Your primary responsibility will be to lead the People Services team and ensure that it contributes to the delivery of the Crisis 5-year Strategic Plan. This is an ambitious development plan, anticipating new Crisis centres in cities across the UK.An initial priority will be the selection of a new HR system for Crisis and management of its implementation. You will also be responsible for the line management of the Volunteer Manager and two People Services coordinators. Principal accountabilitiesProvide advice to the Chief Executive, Directors and managers on matters relating to personnel, including employment law and training Prepare and manage budgets covering all aspects of HR, training and volunteering. Take responsibility for all aspects of employment practice and employee relations processes. Prepare, review and implement changes to HR and volunteering policies and procedures. Develop a staff development programme to support the organisation's strategic objectives.

Through the Future Jobs Fund, you might have the opportunity to get paid work from Crisis for 6 months, enabling you to gain valuable skills and experience.We are now recruiting the team that will deliver the 2010 Crisis Christmas, one of the biggest volunteering events in the UK.The aim of this role is to process applications from Crisis Christmas (CC) support service volunteers ( warehouse, transport, operations centre etc) , respond to enquiries from support service volunteers and support the Buildings and logistics team.Principle accountabilitiesTo ensure enquiries from CC support service volunteers are answered quickly and courteously, both by phone and by email, within agreed timelinesTo process applications from volunteers over multiple support services into Raisers Edge to agreed standards and timelinesTo ensure support service volunteers receive details of their shifts, plus any essential information they require regarding their service, within agreed timelinesTo assist in the preparation of the CC support services rotas and shift listsTo support the delivery of support services during CC 23-30 DecemberTo help with close-down of support services in CC centres on 29, 30 & 31 December

Head of Skylight- Oxford - Permanent - Oxford
We are seeking to appoint a dynamic, self-motivated, assertive and passionate individual who is eager to meet the challenge of developing and delivering a new high quality Crisis Skylight creative, education, training and employment service in Oxford for homeless and vulnerable adults.Crisis Skylight Oxford will be located in the Old Fire Station in the centre of the city. It will offer practical, creative and vocational workshops; accredited learning opportunities; and tailored employment programmes.
