Head Training Chef - Permanent - Newcastle
Crisis is currently recruiting for a Head Training Chef for Crisis Skylight Cafe in Newcastle. The Head Training Chef will be responsible for creating and serving food to the highest standards possible. The Skylight Cafe is a training Cafe and as such the Head Training Chef will be responsible for coaching and trainees, passing on their knowledge and techniques in all aspects of food including preparation, menu planning, nutrition, presentation, health and safety, food hygiene, stock control and ordering. The Head Training Chef will be responsible for creating and serving food to the highest standard possible for customers and delivering high quality training in all aspects of kitchen work for trainees. The Head Training Chef will also be responsible for coaching trainees and pass on their knowledge and techniques in all aspects of food including preparation, menu planning, nutrition, presentation, health & safety, food hygiene, stock control and ordering. The Chef will be a mentor and role model to trainees.
