Journalism masterclass for Crisis Skylight London members
Television presenter, newsreader and journalist Fiona Foster visited the Crisis Skylight centre in London last week to take part in a special journalism class.
Women from Crisis' all-female newsletter group and clients interested in journalism and self-expression through the media shared their stories and gained tips and pointers from Foster, who has more than 25 years' success in the area.
Fiona said: "It was fascinating to come along to Crisis Skylight and hear from the charity's clients how important it is to them that their voices be heard. We covered a lot of interesting ground - from television to the arts, theatre and poetry. I was struck by the passion and dedication of the group and hope they got something a bit different out of talking to me today."
