For the chance to be followed on Twitter by Olympic super-heavyweight boxing champion Audley Harrison all you have to do is retweet a special message.

The Square Mile Relay takes place on 13 June and the Run on 14 June. Both races start at 7pm.

Crisis is aiming to raise £160,000 from the event which will be fun and action packed. To help the charity reach this goal, Crisis is asking every runner to raise at least £200 - and to help in their fundraising efforts everyone can track their progress using a brand new online feature.
Crisis has given away tickets to arts and music events on Twitter as well as prizes such as a Toy branded watch worth £130 in honour of the upcoming Crisis Square Mile Run series.
