Crisis Wellbeing Weekend
Crisis Skylight London hosted a weekend for homeless and vulnerably housed people to receive health check ups and get active through a range of exercise and wellbeing activities.

The Crisis Wellbeing Weekend took place over 16 -17 June and was run by volunteers including dentists, pharmacists and hairdressers.
On Saturday 16 the focus was on guidance about physical health while on the Sunday, there was more of an emphasis on looking after guests' overall wellbeing.
Guests were able to have health checks, dyslexia and TB screenings as well as take part in a football tournament lead by professionals, play table tennis and relax in yoga sessions and in the massage area.
Guests could also find out about the range of services and classes that Crisis Skylight London provides.
Crisis would like to thank all the medical professionals and volunteers who took part in the Wellbeing Weekend.
