A Positive View coffee table book
Crisis has announced it is selling a coffee table book featuring all images in the A Positive View exhibition including the Royal diptych of Prince William.
This beautifully crafted book accompanies the museum-scale photographic exhibition A Positive View held at Somerset House in March 2010. The coffee table book brings together more than 100 works across almost a century of photography. Classic and contemporary works from across a variety of genres, from still-life, fashion, landscape, portraiture and reportage.
Images featured include works from Henri Cartier-Bresson, Mario Testino, Marc Quinn, Elliot Erwitt, Wim Wenders, Willy Ronis and Nick Knight alongside commentary on the industry by Philippe Garner, Head of Photographs at Christies and a patron of A Positive View, exhibition introduction by Nadim Samman, curator and discussion on fashion and photography from Alexandra Shulman Editor of Vogue also patron of A Positive View.
Also available is an exclusive limited edition hardback book signed by Rankin, artistic director of the Royal diptych shoot and a patron of A Positive View. Only 200 of these hardbacks have been produced and each is individually numbered.
All profits from the sale of the books will come to Crisis.
