Crisis Christmas needs buildings

Crisis Open Christmas has been operating for over 35 years, offering shelter, and much more, to the homeless and vulnerably housed over the Christmas holiday.

Fundamental to this event is the donation of suitable vacant buildings, in the required locations, to Crisis by landlords across the city.

The kind of buildings we need

We can utilise many types of buildings for our centres but generally we need locations that fit some if not all of the following:

• Between 30,000 - 60,000 Sq ft
• Large areas for communal use
• Kitchens or areas that can be converted into kitchens
• External space for parking
• Toilet and washing facilities or space and drainage for them to be installed
• Clean and dry throughout
• Close to public transport links
• Preferably away from residential areas
• Available from 1 December or before

Our centres need to be within the inner London boroughs.
