What is Changing Lives?
- Changing Lives is a project which can provide funding for homeless people to pursue a vocational goal
- We offer grants of up to £2500
- Funding can be spent on education and training course fees, equipment needed for courses, items needed for setting up a business or tools needed to get back to work

What are our aims?
- To remove the financial barriers preventing homeless people from moving towards their chosen vocational goal
- To get people involved in activities that raise their confidence, can improve their skills and enable them to live independently and contribute to society

Who is eligible?
- Adults aged 18 or over
- who have experienced some form of homelessness in the last 5 years
- are single (i.e not living with a partner or spouse)
- have the right to remain and work in the UK for the next 5 years
- have been free from substance or alcohol misuse for at least six months
- been working with a support worker for the past 6 months
- is living in some form of secure accommodation (i.e. not currently sleeping rough)
