Creating an online fundraising page is a quick and easy way to raise money. You can include information about Crisis and personalise your page by adding a photo.
You can change your e-mail signature at work and at home - adding a line at the bottom including the address of your webpage.
You don't need to stop fundraising once you've crossed the finish line, you can update your page and e-mail your supporters with news of your success. You may find that some people will sponsor you again in recognition of your achievement!
You can also download a traditional paper sponsorship form. Don't just ask your friends and family to sponsor you - ask if they will circulate a sponsorship form on your behalf.
Remember to attach information about yourself, the Great North Run and the projects at Crisis
