Volunteering with Crisis is a year-round activity and as a volunteer involving organisation, Crisis is committed to ensuring that volunteers are supported, developed and rewarded during the time they spend with us.
To ensure this happens we are involved with a number of initiatives for volunteers and staff who work with volunteers across the organisation.
The policy outlines the way we work with volunteers and ensures the volunteering programme follows ‘good practice’ guidelines.
