Trusts & Grants Fundraising Research volunteer

An opportunity to gain an insight into Trust fundraising within Crisis and work on a specific fundraising project. The role will involve research into new trusts, inputting data into Raiser’s Edge database and some administration with the aim of producing an important mailing going out to around 700 different Trusts. We expect the project to bring in around £150,000.

We are looking for one or two people with excellent research skills, a good level of computer literacy who are able to work on their own initiative. An eye for detail is also very important. Experience of Raiser’s Edge would be useful but not essential as training can be provided. This would be an ideal role for a graduate looking to gain some experience of professional fundraising.

This project will run for 4-5 weeks from the end of August to the beginning of October. We require a commitment of at least three days a week to ensure it is completed on time and to a high standard. We can reimburse travel expenses and provide a lunch voucher for our Café.
