Crisis Skylight Newcastle

Crisis has established its first Skylight Learning and Activity Centre outside London – in the North of England, at Newcastle upon Tyne.
The centre, in City House (City Road, NE1 2AF) opened its doors to members in April last year.

Crisis Skylight Newcastle combines free practical and creative workshops and more formal learning opportunities leading to qualifications and employment. Classes include art, singing, jewellery making, digital photography, pottery and ceramics, car maintenance, sculpture, acoustic guitar, IT and job skills.

Opening times

Monday and Tuesdays: 2 - 7 pm
Wednesday: 1 - 7 pm
Thursday and Friday: 10 am - 7 pm
Weekends: 1 - 5 pm

Crisis Skylight Newcastle café

Our Crisis Skylight café is open to the public from 8 am until 3 pm Monday to Friday.

We hope to see you there to sample a range of freshly prepared food produced by our trainees, the delights of our range of coffees or to sample a selection of our home-made desserts.
