Frequently asked questions
- I've registered to run but I haven't received my fundraising pack/registration card. Fundraising packs are due to be sent out shortly. Should you still not have your fundraising pack by late May, ring the Square Mile Run hotline 020 7426 3825 where you will receive your registration number. Bring your registration number along with you on the day to the registration desk (from 5.30 pm).
- I've lost my baggage label - what shall I do? Additional luggage tags will be available on the day from the baggage area, but please note that this extra process will take time, so if you can’t find your tag, please arrive early!
- Will refreshments be provided? Water will be available before and after the run, and everyone taking part will be offered a "banana boost" at the finish. Food will also be available to purchase at Corney & Barrow, Starbucks and other food outlets in Paternoster Square. A variety of offers will be available in your goody bag after the run.
- What shall I wear? On checking-in you will receive your free Crisis Square Mile Run 2008 T-Shirt – join the crowds and wear it with pride! Most importantly wear suitable footwear, ideally trainers. Alternatively, stand out from the crowd in fancy dress.
- Can I change my clothes? There are no changing or shower facilities at Paternoster Square. Please arrive dressed as you intend to run, remembering you will want to layer your Crisis Square Mile Run t-shirt on top.
