- Provide matching service for contracts at regional, sub-regional and local level. Members are expected to keep their own entries up to date on the system and will be automatically reminded annually
- Guidance on procurement and commissioning from various bodies including NOMS, local authorities and the public sector
- Conferences, provide bursaries for smaller companies saving them up to £150, recent examples of conferences include public sector spin outs
- Act as a conduit between sectors. They will also sub-contract for delivery of some support services
