3xE project evaluation
The Ethical Enterprise and Employment (3xE) Network was launched in 2008 - with four years funding from the Big Lottery - to improve the capacity of social enterprises and supported employment projects within the homelessness sector.
Over the past four years the 3xE Network built a unique network of 294 organisations that were either running or seeking to develop social enterprises/supported employment programmes and organisations that could help them achieve success.
It has provided a catalogue of free events and training sessions that focussed on specific themes, whilst providing funding to members to gain access to bespoke consultancy and training. It has also nurtured peer-to-peer support and learning by organising ‘tailored learning visits' or best practice visits and by introducing members across the Network, which has resulted in a number of partnerships and collaborative work across the Network. The project has now come to an end.
