New member inductions: 

If you are new to Crisis Skylight Oxford you need to attend an induction first. The Progression Team hold new member inductions every week day at 2 pm, no need to book, just turn up. You can sign up for any classes you wish to attend at this induction.

 Support teams

We have specialist staff who can offer one to one support to help you get the most out of Crisis Skylight and achieve your goals:

 The Work and Learning Coach:

• The Work and Learning Coach can help you prepare for, find and keep new employment. 
• You could have a one-to-one coaching session, join a job club or an employability skills course. 
• The Work and Learning Coach can also help with a Changing Lives grant application depending on whether you wish to study or become self-employed.

The Progression Team:

• The Progression Team can support you to engage in sessions that you would like to try at Crisis Skylight Oxford.
• Provide one to one coaching sessions.
• Provide advice and guidance on where to find information on other services, organisations and agencies.
• Give you advice about training, volunteering opportunities and courses available to you.
• Help and support you with your learning progress, both in and outside the centre.
• Make appropriate onward referrals.
