None of us should be criminalised for being homeless

The UK Government is trying to pass new laws that would criminalise sleeping on the streets with a fine up to £2,500. We can't let this inhumanity happen. Together, we can stop these plans – but we need MPs to speak out against it.

Take action

We are the national charity for people experiencing homelessness. We help people directly out of homelessness and campaign for the changes needed to solve it altogether.

Support for you

If you are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless, we can help. We offer services at locations across Great Britain. Our directory shows where you can find help and support wherever you are.
