Crisis Skylight cafes
Our Crisis Skylight cafés are inspirational social enterprises which provide on-the-job training and experience for homeless people and ex-offenders. As we roll-out new Crisis Skylight centres, we plan similar social enterprises across the UK.
Training and qualifications
Under the guidance of an experienced café manager, our trainees receive individually structured training leading to recognised qualifications in food hygiene, customer care and health and safety. Trainees also gain a range of skills such as coffee making and the specialist aspects of food preparation.
