Crisis very much appreciates gift-in-kind support from our corporate partners.
Crisis at Christmas
For eight days during Christmas we run nine centres for 2,000 guests. We serve over 30,000 meals, give 200 dental and 570 medical check ups, and provide clothing, housing advice, podiatry, counselling and hairdressing.
We also help guests learn new skills and discover hidden talents through our engagement services.We rely on £1.5m worth of gift-in-kind support in order to do this! Read more about Crisis at Christmas
Crisis Skylight
At each of our Crisis Skylight activity centres, in London and Newcastle, we run more than 70 activities for homeless people. The wide range of courses include art, music and drama, bike maintenance and carpentry, literacy, numeracy, IT and ESOL.
We always need things like:
- Paints and brushes for our art room
- Secondhand (or new) bikes and bike parts for our bicycle repair workshops
- IT and musical equipment (especially guitars and drum-kits)
We need tools and equipment for our plumbing and woodwork workshops. Read more about Crisis Skylight
Other Crisis activities
In our London and Newcastle centres we need catering appliances and equipment for our Crisis Skylight Cafes, office furniture and equipment for our admin offices and learning & skills classrooms, where educational equipment is also needed.
