Many homeless people suffer from a range of physical and mental health issues and face significant barriers when trying to access appropriate healthcare. 

Crisis Skylight health days

We hold regular Health Days which offer free health MOTs, eye tests, First Aid training.

They link people up with health services throughout the year.

Crisis Skylight health and well-being classes

Tai chi classWithin our Crisis Skylight centres, we run a range of workshops such as Yoga, Karate, Tai Chi and Pilates to improve physical health and well-being.

We also run a weekly opticians' service.

 Healthcare at Crisis Christmas

At Christmas our guests can access a full range of medical services including TB Screening, dental treatment and podiatry.

Mental health

To address people's mental health needs, we have successfully piloted a new mental health scheme which we plan to roll-out across our Crisis Skylight centres.
