Crisis Hidden Gigs
In 2009 Crisis organised a series of unique gigs around London featuring some of the UK's leading musical talent.
The location of the events were announced 24 hours before, highlighting the unstable housing situation of many people. Hot Chip, David Gilmour, Amadou and Miriam, Starsailor, Pendulum, The Magic Numbers, Dodgy and Noah and the Whale were among the acts who took to the stage for Crisis.
Crisis' first major music event took place at the Camden Roundhouse in March 2008 and featured Paul Weller, Supergrass, The Noisettes, Dirty Pretty Things, Ed Hardcourt, The Enemy and New Young Pony Club amongst others.
Alongside the gig the song 'Consequences' featuring Beth Ditto, Paul Weller, Gaz Coombes, Andy Rourke and Pearl Lowe was recorded and released as a single.
