Collective intelligence: an evaluation of the WILLOW project

Author: Jane Luby & Janet Clark

Description:
This report, Collective Intelligence, evaluates the WILLOW project, a network of 100 small and specialist organisations working with disadvantaged people. WILLOW was set up in 2008 to share information about reforms to welfare and provide a collective voice in order to influence those reforms. The report, authored by Jane Luby and Janet Clark, independent consultants commissioned by Crisis, outlines the achievements of WILLOW, revealing a strong degree of satisfaction with project activities and services among members. The findings of the report will inform the project, now known as the Crisis Welfare Network, as it continues the essential work of supporting organisations to get to grips with welfare reform into the foreseeable future.
