SmartMove provides homeless or vulnerably housed people with comprehensive housing advice and access to good quality accommodation in the private sector. It offers landlords a guarantee in place of the traditional deposit. It can provide the tenants with ongoing support and advice to enable them to sustain their tenancies, as well as befriending support from volunteers for new tenants who may be living independently for the first time.

Opening Hours:
Clients are seen on an appointment-only basis. SmartMove is now only available to clients from specific referral sources through Wandsworth Supporting People Team. No self-referrals. Wandsworth residents may telephone for an appointment with our housing advice service, to get advice on any aspect of housing. Please note that there is no access to rent deposits from our housing advice service.

The London office manages a number of properties on behalf of landlords.
Access to these is strictly through the referral routes agreed with Wandsworth Supporting People Team.
