Crisis at Christmas 2015 film

Thanks to our donors and volunteers more than 4,000 guests received warmth and companionship this Christmas.

Take a look inside our London centres, and see what you made happen:

Our centres were open in Edinburgh, London and Newcastle, and for the first time in Birmingham and Coventry. It was also the first year that a Crisis at Christmas centre opened its doors on New Year's Day, with our Edinburgh centre welcoming more than 140 guests on January 1st.

Across the week, more than 32,000 hot meals were eaten, and countless showers taken. Doctors and nurses carried out almost 800 health consultations, while our dentists placed 211 fillings. There was yoga, karaoke, theatre, self-defence and even a harp performance. Our services provided expert advice on everything from employment to housing and immigration.

But Crisis isn’t just for Christmas. We understand that everyone’s story is different, and through our year-round services and classes we aim to equip each individual with the tools and help they need to leave homelessness behind. Find out what’s on offer across the UK at our Skylight centres.

Ultimately, we don’t want Crisis at Christmas to exist at all. Our purpose is to end homelessness. You can help us reach our goal by signing our petition, calling for every homeless person who approaches their local council to get the help they need. Demand No One Turned Away.
