Ralph joined Crisis in 2017 and champions the charity's 'Supporter in the Room' philosophy. He's worked in Fundraising and Communications in the third sector for over 16 years. At Childline he managed Supporter Services and Individual Giving teams until the charity's merger with NSPCC in 2007. He then spent 10 years at NSPCC, overseeing a variety of teams including Supporter Care, Stewardship, Fundraising Publications, and Marketing Communications before leaving to lead Crisis' Supporter Experience team.
