Crisis wants to understand peoples experience of approaching councils for support with homelessness and housing.

We are conducting the following survey so that you can share your experiences with us. Everything you say will be treated confidentially and your identity will be kept anonymous. 

Your participation in this survey will not affect any support you may be receiving from the council.

The information we get will help us to understand the impact of changes to homelessness legislation on the people seeking help. 

The survey will take between 15 to 25 minutes depending on your experience at Housing Options.
