Crisis Skylight London

Project summary

Crisis Housing Coaches will work with homeless people, and those at risk of homelessness, to overcome the barriers to renting privately. Through coaching, advice, advocacy and support, Housing Coaches can help people find and keep a privately rented home.

Single homeless people

Client services

Tenancy training on rights and responsibilities; Support to search for a property; Access to bonds, deposit and rent in advance; Resettlement and tenancy sustainment support; Access to other Crisis Skylight services

How are referrals made

To work with a Housing Coach you will need to become a member with your local Crisis Skylight centre. For more information on becoming a member with Crisis Skylight London. Partner agency referrals are also accepted. During periods of high demand on the Housing Coach service, a waiting list will be in operation.
