Are you a bingo caller? We are looking for fun and energetic bingo callers to run a virtual Bingo session over Christmas for our Crisis members. If you have had experience of running Bongo's Bingo please get in touch!
Performer Volunteer
Do you play an instrument? Or are you enthusiastic about singing Christmas Carols? We are looking for a volunteer to come and liven up Boxing Day with a bit of Christmas cheer for our guests and volunteers at our sit down event (30 people in morning, 30 in the afternoon). Mostly we have found back-ground style music whilst people are eating is most popular.
Pre Christmas Event Volunteer
We are running 4 Christmassy themed days in the run up to Christmas for our Crisis members from Christmas carols and movies to Christmas baking and well-being days with barbers and podiatry. You will support with overseeing the smooth running of the day and making everyone feel welcome by signing people in, serving drinks, chatting to guests/other volunteers, taking part in the activity and clearing down afterwards.
Discussion Workshop Lead Volunteer
We are looking for an experienced, friendly and confident volunteer to run drop-in virtual Zoom sessions for our Crisis members. You will be responsible for facilitating discussions on a range of topics along with ensuring the safety of everyone one the call. This role can be carried out remotely.
Entertainment Volunteer
Are you a magician? Are you enthusiastic about singing Christmas Carols? Or do you play an instrument? We are looking for a volunteer to come and liven up Christmas Eve and Christmas Day with a bit of Christmas cheer for our volunteers who are running the delivery service. There can sometimes be down-time in-between deliveries and peaks / troughs in the day which could do with feeling a bit more Christmassy for our hard-working, committed volunteers.
