What past runners said

"We had 243 runners from Berkeley Group taking part in the virtual Race to End Homelessness in 2020. There was lots of competition between colleagues and offices, and it was a really positive and engaging activity for everyone to get involved with. We’re looking forward to taking part in both the in person and virtual event again this year!”

How your support helps

We know homelessness is not inevitable. From decades of experience working with thousands of homeless people we know what's needed to end it. But it is only by working together that we can achieve this. The services we deliver rely on the incredible support we receive from fundraisers.

We know that everyone has different abilities, so make sure you’re setting achievable targets and keeping safe throughout the event. Here are some tips to ensure that your race is safe:

  • Wear appropriate shoes or kit for your challenge, including hi-vis clothing or accessories for any activities taking place at night or on roads.
  • Always take routes that are well-lit and known to you and let a friend or family member know when and where you are going.
  • Under 18s should be supervised by an adult when participating in The Race to End Homelessness.
  • Warm up properly before your activity and don’t push yourself TOO hard! If you feel unwell or injure yourself, please seek medical advice before continuing your activity.
