Our café is in a prime spot between the city centre and the thriving quayside, serving delicious food prepared by our trainees. The surroundings are very pleasant and include sofas to relax on and enjoy our speciality coffees.

Courses
We run short courses at the cafe for people wanting to work in the catering industry. Courses include Welcome Host, a training course that gives you customer care skills and knowledge, and HABC Level 1 & 2 Award in Food Safety, a course that is ideal for all those requiring food hygiene training for industry.
We are also registered with City and Guilds to provide: Food and Beverage Service, Food Production & Cooking and Kitchen Services. These can be done at Level 1 which is a certificate or Level 2 which is a diploma.
