Crisis Skylight Newcastle
Crisis Skylight Newcastle is an education, training and employment centre for homeless and vulnerably-housed people in the heart of Newcastle.
Homeless people across the UK are making a fresh start this summer at a series of classes run by Crisis.
A new mural painted by a member of the art class has been unveiled at Crisis Skylight Newcastle.
What we offer
Crisis Skylight Newcastle offers a wide ranging timetable of creative workshops including art, music, drama and dance and vocational workshops such as carpentry. We also offer tailored employment programmes and accredited learning opportunities in literacy, numeracy, IT and ESOL.
The cafe is in a prime spot between the city centre and the thriving quayside, serving delicious food prepared by our trainees.
The surroundings are very pleasant and include sofas to relax on and enjoy one of our speciality coffees.
