Project summary

Private lettings scheme that assists both landlords and tenants.  The scheme helps landlords to create long-term tenancies for local people. This includes rent in advance and a cash deposit to the landlord.  The Homeseeker Plus scheme allows anyone on the West Oxfordshire housing register to apply for housing association properties anywhere in the District themselves.
