We hold two raffles a year, one in Spring and one in Summer. Tickets are priced at just £1 each with a range of cash prizes to be won.

If you feel you have a problem with gambling, and would like to request that Crisis excludes you from receiving gambling related marketing materials, you can simply complete our form.

Entry: Prizes are open to all GB residents including Crisis volunteers and employees. It is an offence for tickets to be sold to or by anyone under 16 years of age.
Draw date: Our Summer Raffle is now closed; the draw takes place on 11 October 2019.
Notification of winners: Winners will be notified in writing. A list of winners will be available on our website after the draw date – www.crisis.org.uk . Alternatively, send a stamped addressed envelope to: Crisis, 66 Commercial Street, London E1 6LT to request a winners list.
Winners: Each winner may be photographed if required, and asked to provide comment on being selected as a winner, to help us promote future fundraising draws. Winners’ names, city of residence, and photos may be used to help promote future draws.
Late entries: Any money received after the closing date will be treated as a donation and used to fund our work.
Unsold tickets: Please recycle any unsold tickets, thank you.

Every complaint will be taken seriously and fully considered by Crisis in order that a satisfactory resolution can be achieved.
In the event that a satisfactory outcome can still not be reached:
- In accordance with the agreed protocol arranged on behalf of its members by the Lotteries Council, the matter will be referred to The Independent Betting Adjudication Service (IBAS), which acts as an impartial adjudicator on disputes that arise between gambling operators and their customers.
- The player will be provided with IBAS referral details.
- The outcome of IBAS intervention will be reported to the Gambling Commission.

Last year, proceeds from our Spring and Summer raffles were £336,881.80 which help Crisis to achieve its goal to end homelessness.
