Our Chief Executive, Jon Sparkes, would like to thank players of People's Postcode Lottery for their generous support at this difficult time.

With the support of players of People’s Postcode Lottery, we will continue to support people experiencing, or at risk of, homelessness for as long as this outbreak lasts and beyond.

Our amazing frontline workers are determined and committed to keeping our services running – providing advice, helping people find somewhere to live and supporting them with their health and wellbeing. We are adapting the way we work to meet people’s immediate needs in these challenging times, such as providing mobile phones so we can carry on helping people remotely and stay in contact when people are in isolation.

We will continue to call on governments to put in place robust support for people facing homelessness during this crisis and beyond. This means helping everyone to move into a secure home of their own when this is over, so people aren’t pushed back onto the streets.
