Volcano Coffee Works launches ‘Home for All’ blend to support homelessness charity Crisis

Volcano Coffee Works, the Brixton based ethical roastery, has launched ‘Home for All’ a unique coffee blend to support national homelessness charity Crisis. 15% of each bag sold is being donated to the charity’s new campaign to ensure there is a safe and settled home for everyone.

Tom Delaney, Managing Director at Volcano Coffee Works, said: “This outbreak has shown just how connected we are and how crucial it is that we all pull together to support those most exposed in our communities – that’s why we’re proud to be launching our “Home For All’ blend so that Crisis can continue their vital work to support people out of homelessness for good.

“We’ve never had a better understanding of the value of home – so by donating the proceeds from our coffee, we hope that we can play a small part in helping to ensure that one day everyone will have somewhere safe to live.”

Liz Choonara, Head of Entrepreneurship at Crisis, said: “We’re extremely grateful to Volcano Coffee Works for donating 15% from every bag of the ‘Home for All’ blend sold - and for their ongoing support to help us end homelessness for good.

“The outbreak has meant we’ve had to suspend some of our usual fundraising events and temporarily close our cafes – so the money raised by Volcano Coffee Works generous customers will help to ensure that we can be there to support people through the pandemic and beyond, via one-to-one support, education and training.

“These last few months have shown just how crucial it is that everyone should have the security and dignity of a safe home. That’s why we’re hugely grateful to organisations like Volcano Coffee Works who want to do whatever they can to help people affected by homelessness, especially during this challenging time.”

The Home for All blend is available to buy online via the Volcano Coffee Works website.
