People who are homeless/threatened with homelessness, must have a connection to the area.

• Housing Benefit assistance
• Bond Guarantees
• Assistance with finding properties in the PRS
• Rent in advance

Services in addition to those listed above:- Practical advice for tenants (e.g. advice on setting up tenancy/deposit; Relevant certificates checked before tenancy (Gas Safety Certificate etc); Referrals to tenancy support services

How are referrals made

Housing Needs Officer to complete assessment and make referral.

• Links to landlord accreditation schemes
• Landlord Forums
• Housing Benefit assistance
• Direct payment of Housing Benefit
• Bond guarantee

Services in addition to those above:- Referrals to tenancy support services; Tenancy agreements (usually 12 months)
