Cheltenham Borough Council Bond & Loan Scheme

Project summary

In certain circumstance a ‘paper bond guarantee’ can be provided up to a maximum value of 1 month’s rent as a guarantee to the private landlord. Alternatively a loan may be offered for the amount of a deposit.  This scheme is run by Cheltenham Borough Homes an ALMO responsible for the management of Cheltenham Borough Council's housing stock and housing and homeless service.
