Project summary

The homelessness prevention team can help with obtaining a private tenancy, there is also extensive advice available on tenancy issues in the private sector.  They can offer support and help whether you are homeless or worried about becoming homeless and give you advice based on your own circumstances.

Via the Homelessness Prevention Team first fill in an online form from the Housing Assistance Referral Portal

Direct payment of Housing Benefit to landlord in some circumstances.
