Project summary
These schemes across Dorset assist people who are homeless or facing homelessness in securing private rented accommodation. Schemes in each area vary and are dependent on funding available.
Clients
Who is eligible?
You can apply if you are over 16 and have been resident in the relevant area for the previous six months. You must usually have a priority need.

- Relevant certificates obtained before tenancy (Gas Safety Certificate etc)
- Rent in advance
- Bond Guarantees

- Assistance with finding properties in the PRS

How are referrals made
You will need to contact your local Housing Advice service (see contact details) for further information, there is limited funding so not all applications will be approved.
