The Rent Deposit Bond Scheme is where Epsom & Ewell Borough can assist clients with a deposit bond for a property in the private sector.

Who is eligible?

A deposit bond is only available to certain households who have been able to show that they have no means of funding a deposit themselves. The scheme is intended to help people we would have a duty to under the homelessness legislation and referrals to the scheme can only be made by a Housing Options officer. To see if you are eligible for assistance you must have an interview with the Housing Options team.
