KeySolutions - Private Sector Leasing Scheme for Landlords

Project summary

KeySolutions is a partnership arrangement between East Northamptonshire Council and Rockingham Forest Housing Association (RFHA). It provides a leasing service for privately owned properties.

Landlord services

RFHA takes over responsibility for the management of the property for the duration of a 5 year lease, including all contact with tenants. A guaranteed rental figure will be paid to the landlord and at the end of the lease the property will be returned with vacant possession in the same condition less fair wear and tear.
