The Rent in Advance and Deposit Guarantee Scheme assists people who wish to rent privately but cannot afford the upfront payments required by most landlords.

Who is eligible?

To qualify for assistance you must meet these criteria: 1) Households must be on a low income and receiving some housing benefit support 2) Households have to be homeless or threatened with homelessness within the next 56 days & 3) Households need to have a local connection to the Mid Sussex area.
