Project summary

Newcastle Housing Advice (NHA) Options is a partnership between Newcastle-under-Lyme Borough Council and Midland Heart that gives you more choice about where you want to live and gives you a better idea of what homes are available in the area. There is a Rent Deposit Scheme, which is available to those with a local connection.

Clients

Who is eligible?

Single people over 18, and families, who are homeless
or threatened with homelessness and who are on state
benefits; or, where working, on a low income (eligible
to receive Working Tax Credit). You must have a local connection with
Newcastle-under-Lyme, and be able to manage a tenancy.
