Clients
Who is eligible?
Clients must be homeless or threatened with homelessness; be without the funds required to pay a cash deposit; be able to demonstrate that they can pay the rent each month.

- Practical support for tenants (e.g. advice on setting up tenancy/deposit)
- Cash Deposit
The scheme provides private landlords with a cash deposit, so that eligible applicants can repay this amount in smaller, more manageable payments over a period of time (usually up to 12 months).
How are referrals made
Applicants should approach the council directly, where a needs assessment will take place.
