Pembrokeshire Care Society (PCS) Advocacy & Bond Scheme

Project summary

PCS offers advice, assistance and advocacy to anyone over the age of 16.  This service assists with housing, welfare benefit and other related homelessness problems.  There is also a Bond Certificate Scheme which allows access to accommodation in the private rented sector through the provision of a "damage only" bond guarantee up to a maximum agreed level.

How are referrals made

All applicants mush be interviewed and assessed by PCS before a bond can be considered.

The scheme provides landlords with assistance with tenancy problems, provision of bond certificates, notifying clients of vacancies.
