In some cases the Housing Options Team may be able to help you financially with a bond payment in order to prevent homelessness. Please note certain criteria applies

Clients

Who is eligible?

To be eligible for consideration applicants must comply with all of the following:
•Be under threat of homelessness
•Have an established local connection with Richmondshire
•Be in receipt of one or more of the following benefits:

•Housing benefit
•Working tax credit or child tax credit
•Income support
•Job seekers allowance
•Universal credit

Client services

• Assessment of client needs

How are referrals made

Via the Housing Options Team, and after client has filled in the online form
