Single Homeless Prevention Service (SHPS) - Brent

Project summary

SHPS work with all those referred by the London Borough of Brent to develop a Personal housing Plan (PHP).  The individual and SHPS staff member sign up to complete these actions within the timescales set in order to prevent or relieve homelessness.  You will need to complete an online Housing Needs assessment application click here for information

Clients

Who is eligible?

We work with all single people aged 18 and over who are facing a housing issue that could see the end of their accommodation, such as having been issued with a notice seeking possession; or homeless, potentially sleeping on a friends sofa or as a result of a relationship breakdown.
