South Holland - Housing Options

Project summary

The Housing Options Team is able to offer advice on housing problems and explore your housing options.  All eligible people who are found to be homeless or threatened with homelessness will be entitled to more tailored support, regardless of priority need and intentionality.

Who is eligible?

Those homeless or threatened with homelessness.

Client services

• Assistance with finding properties in the PRS
• Housing Benefit assistance
• Practical support for tenants (e.g. advice on setting up tenancy/deposit)
• Property inspection
