Stratford-upon-Avon District Council Rent Express Scheme

Project summary

Subject to eligibility, the Rent Express scheme can help people access private rented accommodation who cannot afford to pay the rent in advance and cash deposit.  It can offer up to one month's rent in advance, up to one month's deposit guarantee and up to one month's rent guarantee.

• Savings of less than £1000
• No history of failed tenancies
• Property must be affordable
• Ability to repay the Rent in Advice and Deposit/Rent Guarantee
