The Serenliving LHA Rents Bond Scheme
Project summary
This scheme helps people find accommodation to let in the private market at local housing allowance rents. It operates a property management service on behalf of Private Landlords and accommodation is let or managed by Serenliving on behalf of the landlords.
Homes are let on Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreements and are let for a minimum of 6 months. On many homes, provided the terms of the tenancy are adhered to, Landlords are happy for you to carry on renting well into the future.

Those who are over 18 and are homeless or threatened with homelessness and who have a local connection to the area.

How are referrals made
Search for available properties on the website, or you can also register with the Local Authority and the agency. Telephone or drop in at your Local One Stop Shop to make an appointment.
